Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of jpserviceandrebuildllc.com and the services provided by JP Service & Rebuild LLC (“JP Service & Rebuild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, submitting a form, or authorizing us to perform work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.
If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. Where a signed work order, service agreement, or written proposal conflicts with these terms, that document controls for the work it covers.
2. Our Services
We provide service, repair, rebuild, maintenance, and installation for reciprocating and rotary screw air compressors, refrigerant and desiccant dryers, contractor compressors, and compressed air piping. Content on this website is provided for general information about those services. It is not a technical manual, a warranty, or a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.
Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not create a service contract. Work begins only once we have provided an estimate or work order and you have authorized it. We may decline or discontinue work that is unsafe, outside our expertise, or outside our service area.
3. Estimates, Quotes, and Pricing
- Estimates are based on the information available at the time and remain valid for the period stated on the estimate.
- Compressor and dryer work often reveals additional wear or damage once a unit is opened. If the scope changes, we will notify you and obtain approval before performing additional work or exceeding the approved amount.
- Diagnostic, trip, and after-hours charges may apply and will be disclosed before work begins.
- Parts pricing and availability are subject to change by suppliers and manufacturers.
- Unless stated in writing, quotes exclude sales tax, permits, disposal fees, freight, rigging, and electrical or plumbing work performed by others.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Site Access
Appointment windows are estimates. Emergency calls, weather, parts delays, and job conditions can shift a schedule, and we will keep you informed when they do.
- Please give us as much advance notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Missed appointments and lockouts may be billed at our trip rate.
- You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the equipment, along with working power, lighting, and ventilation as needed.
- You are responsible for disclosing known hazards at the site, including asbestos, live electrical conditions, hazardous materials, and confined spaces.
- Where required, you will arrange lockout/tagout coordination, site-specific safety orientation, and any needed permits or badging.
5. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due on completion of the work unless different terms are stated on your estimate or invoice.
- A deposit may be required for special-order parts, rebuilds, and installation projects. Special-order parts are generally non-refundable once ordered.
- Past-due balances may accrue a late charge at the rate stated on your invoice, up to the maximum permitted by Missouri law, and you agree to pay reasonable collection and attorney fees we incur to collect an unpaid balance.
- Returned payments may incur a fee. We may suspend work or withhold equipment release while an account is past due, to the extent permitted by law.
- Title to installed parts passes to you upon full payment. We reserve all lien rights available under Missouri law.
6. Warranty
We warrant our labor to be free from defects in workmanship for the period stated on your invoice or work order, measured from the date of completion. Parts carry only the warranty offered by their manufacturer, which we will pass through to you.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse or abuse, operation outside manufacturer specifications, lack of required maintenance, contaminated or inadequate power supply, water or debris intrusion, corrosion, freezing, acts of nature, or work performed or altered by others. Your remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement of the defective labor or part, at our option. Warranty service must be requested during the warranty period.
7. Customer Equipment and Property
Some repairs require us to remove equipment or components to our shop. Equipment left with us is stored at your risk, and you are responsible for insuring it. Old or replaced parts are disposed of unless you ask to keep them at the time you authorize the work.
Equipment not retrieved within a reasonable time after we notify you that work is complete, or after a job is abandoned, may be subject to storage charges and may be treated as abandoned property and disposed of as permitted by Missouri law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, layouts, logos, and the software that runs the site, is owned by JP Service & Rebuild LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on this site grants you a license to any of our intellectual property.
Reports, drawings, specifications, and system layouts we prepare remain our property and may not be reused for other projects without our written consent. If you send us photos, reviews, testimonials, or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in our marketing, and you confirm you have the right to give that permission.
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, contact us with a description of the work, the location of the material, and your contact information, and we will investigate promptly.

- Sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages through our forms, or using the site to sell or advertise products or services.
- Removing or altering copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices, or reverse engineering any part of the site.
- Using the site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, refuse or discontinue service, and restrict access to the site, with or without notice. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
Compressed air equipment stores significant energy and can cause serious injury. You agree not to treat information on this site as instruction for performing your own repairs, and to keep untrained persons away from equipment we are servicing.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. By using the site or our services, you consent to the practices described there. By giving us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, estimate, appointment, and invoice.
11. Third-Party Content and Links
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including hosted forms, maps, social media, and manufacturer resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Manufacturer names and model references are used for identification only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
12. Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that information on it is complete or current.
Except for the express warranty in Section 6, we make no warranties regarding services performed, and all other warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a repair will extend the life of aging equipment or that any particular performance, efficiency, or energy savings will result.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JP Service & Rebuild LLC and its owners, employees, and subcontractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost production, business interruption, downtime, spoiled product, or loss of data, arising from your use of this site or from services we perform, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or to a particular job will not exceed the amount you paid us for the work giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JP Service & Rebuild LLC and its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to your use of this website, your violation of these terms or any applicable law, your infringement of a third party’s intellectual property or other rights, content or information you submit to us, undisclosed site hazards or inaccurate information you provide, and unauthorized modification or operation of equipment we serviced.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms, this website, or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Missouri, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter directly. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
16. General Terms
- Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, supply chain disruption, labor shortages, utility failures, and government action.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of these terms remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be limited to the minimum extent necessary.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.
- Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed work order or proposal, are the entire agreement between us regarding their subject matter.
